We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Orient. The friendly staff in the restaurant made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms were incredibly clean and comfortable, providing a peaceful retreat after a long day of exploring. The pool was not overcrowded, allowing us to relax and unwind. We were impressed that the hotel provided us with a free cot for our baby and accommodated our request for a spacious room. The added bonus of free parking and a delicious breakfast made our stay even more enjoyable. we had a wonderful experience at this lovely hotel.
Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

Hotel is very clean and breakfast was very good. Low price.
Although the hotel was generally very clean, our room was made up at 6PM only after calling the reception. Location is not the best if you don't have a car.

Good breakfast options, busy pool area, quiet surroundings, value for money. Convenient location for Krakow EXPO, with a supermarket nearby. Assorted breakfast, pool, sauna, jacuzzi, closed parking, strong wifi. Helpful and friendly reception staff.

fast speed wifi, reasonable rate, helpful and friendly hotel staff...all of these form an initial impression on me about the beauty of Poland.
1) The staff at 3-star Orient can not understand English, which added some communication inconvenience. 2) No "Orient" word indicated in the side of 3-star building, the receptionist told me it is "Aster" hotel but not "Orient" hotel when I checked in.

Free, relatively secure parking and out of the crowded city where hotel parking is usually difficult and an extra expense. This could be a negative for those without a car but for us it was great. The hotel is modern, has an indoor pool, friendly staff and a very good breakfast.
It would be difficult to find without a gps but as we had one it was no real problem.

The hotel had spacious and comfortable rooms with excellent air conditioning. The varied breakfast and quality of the restaurant's food were impressive. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Additionally, the hotel provided great amenities like a pool, sauna, and jacuzzi, which were well-maintained. The strong wifi and closed parking were convenient as well. While the hotel was located in an industrial area, it was easy to reach the Krakow Expo through the nearby tram and taxi services.
Nothing not too like.

The hotel is situated in a built-up area at the back of an industrial site, making it quieter than the surroundings area. There is safe parking in front of the hotel building and a swimming pool that looks attractive.
The Wi-Fi doesn't work, and the internet in cable is not useful either.

Breakfast. Courteous staff.. well atleast one of them.
The swimming pool is from 9 to 9. That's not early enough nether late enough open. Breakfast misses cut fresh fruit salad which is my favorite part. The rooms were way below par for a 4 star hotel. There is something fishy going on with the stars of this hotel. On Booked.net I believed I booked a 4* room but there they gave me a room in the 3* part. Didn't feel like arguing. Very inconvenient to get to Krakow centre.

The hotel offered great value for the price paid and the buffet breakfast had a large variety of options. the swimming pool and sauna, although small, were a nice addition to the stay. the staff were friendly and helpful.
The location was a bit far from the central area, requiring either a taxi or a tram ride. the room decor could use some updating as it felt a bit outdated.

We stayed four nights here on business. We liked the location, if you have a car. It is very quiet and restful. The pool was full of people as it was a holiday, so we did not use it. However, it looked very nice. Buffet breakfast was great, and they allowed us to order scrambled eggs. We ordered room service and the food was tasty and hot. I think for the price and the four star rating you can not go wrong as long as you are driving.
The matresses were older and need to be replaced. The pillows were very flat.

friendly staff at reception. Quiet place, lot of parking places. Large surface room, well furnished. Good TV image. Good internet connexion by LAN.
some disapointings for a 4 star-rate hotel : No bed change on first day (by mistake?). Housekeep lady wakes you up a 8AM if no visible sign of "no disturb" put at the door. Bad quality bread at breakfast + no toaster. Very close to a gas plant, so some unpleasant smells outside.
